How does the free delivery and the free installation work?
If your delivery address is within the Greater Boston area, we will schedule a delivery service for you. Please noted that gratification is expected by the delivery worker. We take back all the packing materials once installation completed.
When do you guys delivery?
Mondays to Saturdays from 11am to 7pm. We will contact to confirm a delivery date within 1 business.
What kind of payment method does the company take?
You can make the payment directly online. If for some season you are unable to do so, please all our store number at 617-338-8899 to make a payment.
What's the return policy on your products?
We are able to take all purchased items back within 15 calendar days. Only store credits will be issued once items returned to our warehouse. Pick up service is available at the rate of $60. You are also welcome to return the items to our warehouse in South Boston, please call our store at 617-338-8899 first to schedule a returning date.
Any warranty offer?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer any warranty services on our furniture items.
